The TTC Basic software serves to pool any and all information and data collected over a certain period of time. You will be presented with an overview of records featuring a whole range of evaluation options. In particular, the TTC Basic software has been equipped with a well-structured user interface to meet user needs and requirements. The software supports open interfaces via which data can be transferred to payroll, cost accounting or project scheduling. The modular structure of the TTC Basic software enables you to specify the scope of functions individually in each case. Upon customer request you may then initiate evaluations to create detailed verifications of hours actually worked at a later stage – at the push of a button and in no time at all.
User authorizations are meant to grant you the right to access specific TTC software functions as a user. The activation of user functions is subject to user authorization in each case.
The activity evaluation function serves to link up hours worked with the appropriate activities performed in or on objects. To select activities employees can use their tempore CONTACT and tempore COLLECT devices. Various evaluation results will detail the activities, the place of performance and the duration of the activity in an accurate manner.
The TTC Scheduler is designed to allow for automated TTC software processes. The scheduler ensures the automated initiation of otherwise time-consuming processes like data import, data management, data backup, mileage calculation, etc. on a regular basis.
